2010 from J - D.

A whole year has just gone by and I feel like 2010 could have only just begun. This was the year that my Professional life took a turn for the best and where I really got a hold of the boring yet necessary aspects of my life. 2010 had great highs and great lows... all in all, it was a year to be remembered. And how could I let it pass without a little breakdown?

January is always about maintaining- being healthy, getting things back on track, getting outdoors...and of course Jersey Shore parties (image on right).

February included a lot of staycations- skiing, central Oregon resorts and trips to the Zoo.

March was pretty much devoted to my Sister as her wedding was the following month. Bridal showers, Bachelorette parties, invites... oy. It was all about my Sister - a great type of busy. PS- March is my least favorite month ever (minus St. Patty's- it sucks) so it's nice to have things to stay busy with.

March was devoted to my Sister but April was the month OF my Sister. As Maid of Honor, I had the huge task and honor of helping my Sister marry the love of her life. April 2010 will never be remembered by anything but.

Free at last, free at last! With the wedding over, I spent a lot of time in May catching up with my Friends, wearing the Summery clothes I adore and just being a girl about town.

June doesn't really stick out as a memorable month. I spent time up at my Dad's cabin which is shown above..sorry, this one is boring!

I feel like July is my party month- always out, always moving, always wearing something short, always consuming food and drink...what a fabulous life in July.

I do a lot of Outdoorsy stuff in August: I raft, I fish, I hike oh and this year... I turned 26.

September: A beautiful month in Oregon. This year in particular The Boy turned 27 and my Cousin married his love, which meant we were lucky enough to have family come out and visit us again like they did in April. Happy Month.

October was about brown sweaters, Peacock costumes and country western bars.

November was the month I followed a dream. More on that this week.

And December came with realizations, life plans and goals. I'm not satisfied with certain aspects of my life right now but I'm working towards changing them.

Bye, bye 2010 :)

Welcome 2011!
What are you looking forward to this year?

I'm looking forward to continuing the year with certain aspects that I started it off with (i.e. being closer friends with you). ♡ I can't wait for more moments with you!

It's interesting how you say March is your least favorite month! Usually, people have favortire and least favorite seasons, sometimes people like a particular month because it's the month of tehir birthday or wedding, but it's the first time I hear someone say they dislike a very particular month lol

I'm curious to hear about the job, btw :)

As for what I'm looking forward to... To multiplying the good and not letting the bad get to me :)
