responsibility killin' my stride

Hi all!
My job is kicking my patootie this week. I'm working on some major accounts and though it's exciting; it's keeping me busy and stressed. I even went into the office on Sunday (kicking and screaming) to get stuff done (why didn't I just follow my dreams?!). By the time I drag myself away from my desk at days' end, I barely have time to fit in my workout and dinner let alone even pretend like I'm thinking about fashion, yummy mocktails or inspirational things to share with you all.

So instead of faking it, I decided to just call it temporary quits this week with my Blog.

Oh- but do yourself a favor and go see "Snow White & the Huntsman". It is "The Princess Bride" meets "Lord of the Rings" (two of my faves). I LOVVVED it.
VIA
Anyway- I'll be back next week! And making the rounds slowly but surely to all of you in my absence. Sorry for this pathetic excuse of a post!

Much love ♥

I don't think I've heard the word "patootie" used since the last time I watched Meatloaf sing "Hot Patootie" in the movie "The Rocky Horror Picture Show". I loved Rocky Horror - I also loved "The Princess Bride" Glad your still taking care of business and squeezing in a workout and eating right - yay you!!! Thanks for the tip about "The Huntsman". When does it come out on DVD? Don't worry about any briefs , er, brief gap in your fashion and lifestyle blogging. You've done so many posts that are worth looking at and reading again (like that gorgeous one in Hawaii). Keep on keeping on! :)

Weeks like that are HARD! But I get it...sometimes le blog must take a backseat (mine doesn't know what it's like to be in the front seat!) in order to get stuff done. Keep pushing through and we'll be here waiting patiently for your return.

I am glad to hear that you are staying busy, but make sure you find time to fit in some fun stuff! It's so tough to go into work on a Sunday. Bah.

Caitlin, there is no sin in taking a break. It can get overwhelming at work so I certainly understand the feeling.. Vegas is less than a month away and we're 1/2 through the week :)

When work kicks you in the behind, kick back, sometimes it works, just be careful who or what you kick..haha

Miss you so much this week; but I think it's good to put the blog aside in order to get work out of the way. Good luck, my love; and don't stress! :)

That does suck to have to go to work on a Sunday. I know because I work on Sunday sometimes. I'm more of a Horror fan. I'm wishing they come out with a SAW 8.

It's always great to be super busy and productive, but lets face it... the actual work/no free time aspect of being an adult is no fun!!!

Hopefully you get a break, and a nice fat check for all of your hardwork, SOON :)

Even though I am not a Kristen fan, I wanna see this movie badly for some reason...Maybe its because of Chris, pretty sure its because of him. Saw The Avengers, totally in love with him now.
