Like I mentioned earlier... fitness has been the name of my game lately. With a looming wedding and my 2012 fat year still scaring me sh*tless, I've slowly made healthy living a hugeeeee priority in my life: I food prep every Sunday (more on that in another post), I workout at LEAST 4-days a week and I take inventory of everything I eat during the work week.
The funny thing about fitness is that once you get into the swing of it (repeatedly going, pushing yourself) the idea of not going or putting in the time is unheard of: It just feels SO good and you can't wait to get there! The problem for me arises if I let it go awhile... once the Couch Potatoitis has kicked-in, it's hard to want to go back after a couple weeks. So I've always tried to motivate myself enough to just keep going as to not get into that lull because I swear that working out 5 days in a row is a lot easier than working out one haphazard day here and there.
So as part of my whole 'document your year!' plan that has me back on this blog :) I decided to also try to post how I worked out last week to kinda track my progress and keep motivated!

You look absolutely fabulous! I can't wait to hear more about your journey, and get lots of tips from you!
So glad you're back and you look great! Looking forward to more posts :)
I think I need a rest just from reading about all that exercise! Isn't a 2.5 mile run is very close to 5 Kilometers? Kudos on your healthy regimen! I love your eye-makeup in that first photo. Is that Stephen Colbert I'm seeing on the screen in the last photo? I read he might wind up hosting the Late Show on NBC? How did those selfies come out? I took some selfies of myself trying on babydolls in a Victoria's Secret dressing room but most were like blooper photos. I wonder whether I should make a post out of them?
I'm impressed with your week in workouts!

No wonder you are looking so good!! I wish my work had a gym, how convenient! You are going to be the hottest bride ever ;)
Look at you go, that is the key, have to keep at it and not get into couch potato mode, I work out about 2 hours a day, hate the gym, do it at home much easier, p90x at night and p90x3 in the morning
You are doing fantastic. I am a warm weather runner, and am still waiting for some bright sunshine to get out and start my outdoor exercising. Until then, it is what I can do inside.
WELL DONE Caitlin! that is so exciting and your hard work is paying off :)
I know that kind of dedication is hard and takes a lot of will power so I'm proud :)
xo
Its great that you've become serious about fitness. I did too but unfortunately took a long break recently because of the summer as its too hot and my gym doesnt have an ac and cas I went out of town visiting my relatives. However, I'm going to get back to it tomorrow itself
Keep in touch
