A Very Portland Weekend

With Jay gone at a Bachelor Party, I was left to my own devices for weekend entertainment. I didn't really do much but as I looked back on my phone over the last few days, I realized how very Portlandy my little time to myself was. So here's the few iPhone snaps of the low-paced weekend:
^Wine & Crayola Art at Brix Tavern with my colleagues
^Enjoyed Chandler's many yoga poses in an effort to beat the 97 degree heat.
^Guzzled some "Sweet Carrot Lime" juice (pear, lime, ginger, orange, carrot) from greenleaf while I roamed the Pearl District.
^Went shopping for home decor and had to talk myself out of hundreds of expensive things.
^Met my brother and his gf for drinks and chats
^And finally, had brunch with my dad/stepmom at Pok Pok which was insaneo good. Pok Pok is arguably Portland's "best" restaurant, a quick Google search of the restaurant will back me right up on that.

Then it was just some quick food prepping not worthy of documentation, some TV and some patio sitting with Jay as we mapped out things in our life.

And now it's Monday and I will forever say "Boo, you wh*re" to that. However, I certainly hope you have a good one!

I'm saying BYW to Monday today too. Solid weekend for you! I've never been to Portland or your state at all so I enjoyed the Portland-ness of this.

That may seem slow to you, but to me it looks like you had a very enjoyable weekend, filed with friends and culture.

That home decor shop looks DANGEROUS. Everything in that picture is adorable. It looks like you had a good weekend though! Full of all the best stuff!
