Pineapple Greyhound

Of all the things that tropical islands give us, I would argue that pineapples and coconuts win the day. They just never cease to enrich your palette. And when you combine some of that with a classic, beloved cocktail - well, you get yourself something pretty dang smooth.
Pineapple Greyhound

1 Shot of Vodka
2 fl. oz. Grapefruit Juice
2 fl. oz. Pineapple Juice
1 Lime to garnish
Crushed mint leaves to bring it to amazing next levels
Ice as needed

Combine, mix, pour & serve.

Yumminess. Serious yumminess.
Cheers!

This looks like such a fun twist on a classic cocktail, plus I really love the name because I love sight hounds! And I totally agree with you that pineapple makes everything taste better!

I've never actually had a Greyhound! Crazy, right? I have been tempted to try one though, and I think the pineapple and mint leaves would make it even better!
